    This heavyweight oversized hoodie, has been printed with the Dad Bod Club Graffiti print on the front left breast, and the No Abs No Shame Graffiti print on the back. The print on this hoodie is a silicone vinyl, which gives a 3D effect. We all know that no matter how hard you train, unless you follow the strictest macros, abs don't come easy!
